When you send us a message via a contact form, your message is emailed directly to us. It may also reside on our web server in the form of an email log for up to a week before being deleted automatically. This is necessary for us to be able to troubleshoot any issues, should your email go astray.
If your message is related to a service we offer, for example, a web design query, your message, our replies to you, and further correspondence between us may be stored in our Customer Relationship Management system. Details stored in our CRM system will include your name, email address, and the body of your and our messages. This system is based in the United States of America and conforms to the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement.
